  Dear iBUILD,

         I have built my dental office, my family home and a house for my daughter with different general contractors and trades. In each case, I recall the frustration in not having a better understanding and involment in the process.

         This year i decided to build a house to sell, and I'm  delighted to tell you what a positive experience this was; largely due to the iBUILD software.

          The percision and clarity of the expenses were presented on one very complete but simple page. In addition, the detail of each component was readily available if desired. This really helped me to get a great confidence that every possible cost was included! Not just the construction but also levies, permits, waste removal, final clean-up, property tax, utilities, interim insurance, legal fees, RPR, finance charges, etc.

           The "BottomLine" was really the final cost, not some mystery amount that never seemed to be certain until after completion. The inevitable changes during construction were even easy to account for and deal with at the time they were made. Thus, the final amount was accurately known from start to finish. Also Tracking of timing of the trades was easy to follow and helped with scheduling.

            I used this as very credible means of pre-construction appraisal for financing purposes as well. Then when I sold the property, the prospective buyer could clearly see and understand the actual value. What a Fabulous tool for selling!
